Our Story

Hello and welcome,

I’m Eric Boromisa, the founder of Numbers & Letters. I started this journey not just because I enjoy solving business challenges, but because I genuinely believe in connecting people with the right solutions—and sometimes, with each other.

My career has taken me across many industries, from managing strategy projects at Accenture to working with companies like Google, FLYR Labs and Bavarian Nordic on critical product launches and market strategies. I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with organizations of all sizes, from three-person startups to Fortune 500 giants. But what excites me the most is helping mid-sized businesses unlock their potential—whether by expanding their product portfolios, entering new markets, or scaling operations.

Living and working between San Francisco, Berlin, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Beijing, Cape Town and beyond has been both an adventure and a challenge. Navigating the nuances of different cultures has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of collaboration, and has especially helped me build a world-class team.

Those lessons shape the way we work today, especially when advising leaders on market entry strategies or mentoring founders through moments of uncertainty.

Numbers & Letters is my way of creating an advisory and consulting firm that feels different. We listen, understand, and build strategies that align with your vision. From reducing airline onboarding denied boardings by 75% to evaluating mergers worth over $2 billion and building products now worth nine figures, my team and I have learned that success is not only just about financial results. It’s about creating impact, building relationships, and doing things the right way.

I'm also proud to be involved with the RAHM LGBTQ+ leadership community, where I mentor other professionals. My hope is to foster an inclusive environment, both in my work and within the spaces I support, because I’ve seen firsthand the difference that diverse perspectives can make.

If you’ve got a product idea, challenge, or project, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re a founder scaling your company or an executive looking to unlock new market opportunities, let’s build something meaningful together.

Looking forward to what we can create,

Our
Mission

Clarity on building your next product and the go-to-market strategy around it

Numbers & Letters is a international macroeconomic strategy advisory firm for leaders and executives --- who have the empathy and will to teach their growing team how to ask and answer research questions efficiently --- resulting in faster time to market and constructing a custom narrative and decision framework that the stakeholders fully embrace.

Our global, client-centric approach provides data-driven, action-oriented insights and clarity on building your next product and the go-to-market strategy around it.

We apply entrepreneurial, design and engineering thinking to organizations that strive to innovate and build best-in-class products that their customers truly want.

  • Authenticity: Be yourself, don't wear a mask - say what you think if the minor discomfort is worth the greater good.

  • Service/Generosity: There is piety in acts of service - do nice things for others without an expectation of return.

  • Adventure: Explore and Grow, keep an open mind.

  • Compassion: Trust is what happens when a person makes decisions in your best interest when you're not in the room, but it takes time.

  • Practicality: The math has to work - has to be clear ROI, done is better than perfect

  • Pragmatic Compromise: Find the middle ground, and make it a “tyranny of the moderates” - the extremists should be the least happy

And Above All...

  • Balance in all things:  If something is out of balance, put it back in balance.
